Life has been moving entirely way too fast for me the past month... I need a break but have no time for one :(. I have so many pictures that I want and need to have printed and placed in an album and I am talking like the past 5 years!!!! I take so many pictures and enjoy them so much but hardly ever have them printed. I know it is going to take ALOT of money and time to get this project done but I want to do it for Kensey and my family. Does anyone have an easy and organized system to doing this? I was loading photos each week into a monthly folder on my computer and planned on printing a photo book up quarterly but see that did not even happen! UUUGHHH - Why do I let myself get behind???

As a child, I wanted a tree swing so bad! I have made it a point to offer things that I dreamed of having as a child to Kensey. When we had the perfect tree out back to do this I jumped right on it! There is still a little revisions I would like to make - maybe even make a cute cushion for the seat but for the most part, she had a blast on it last night and could not wait until after school to get on it today!
I cannot tell you of the joy that rushed through me just from swinging her! While she was laughing I almost felt as though I too was a little girl swinging high! I was really afraid to sit on it myself but I will admit that later that evening I went out and gave myself a little push - how much fun it was! The tree branch did move so I quickly got off of it - but it was just as I had always imagined!

I have decided to start back up on my guitar playing - there was a time in my life when I hardly ever put it down and I really miss the way it made me feel! I wrote this song today and like it says " to you it won't make sense" but to me it means alot. I am working on the chords and will hopefully be done with it soon and can post a video!
This Old Guitar - by Jessica Spuhler
This old guitar, once my best friend. Memories that will never fade and songs written within.
See the song that was written was taken from this heart and the words that were spoken were always torn apart.
The dust on this guitar will tell you a story of moments alone of dreams that were never shown To you it won’t make sense, you will never understand, the song is within yourself, it never goes as planned.
There was a time when my life was unwritten, a time when I was lost and needed a friend.
I’ve forgotten how I would feel, when my heart played a melody and the song helped me heal.
This old guitar, that sits all alone. Waiting for her old friend to come and play a song. Years have past and the story still sings, don’t you think it’s time to live out all your dreams?
The dust on this guitar has been wiped clean and I’m taking back my words and I’m taking them for me - to you it won’t make sense, you will never understand the song is within yourself it never goes as planned…
This old guitar…
